Partial Least Square (PLS) has been shown to be a robust method for describing the relationship between signal changes in brain and a set of exogenous variables. PLS is a MATLAB program with a graphic user interface (GUI). It works with pre-processed data, and is compatible with both ANALYZE and NIFTI format images. Note that for Analyze files (with .img extension), the number of files for a particular run correspond to the number of TR in that run.
